We carefully select the best pressure treated pine and make our own mailbox posts to ensure quality. They are treated to help prevent rotting and are rated for 20 years. Built to last we pre-drill and assemble the posts using an 8 inch lag bolt and six 3 ½ inch galvanized twist nails.(we don’t use cheap short nails and a nail gun to pop them together like the posts at the big box stores)
